Solutions-Based Approach to Helping
I take a solutions-based approach to counseling for clients. I will utilize your strengths in order to work through those parts of yourself that may be causing you trouble or preventing you from living your desired life. My role as a Psychotherapist is to take notice of what is being spoken to and help us understand how it relates to the concerns that may have brought you to therapy. I am a Psychotherapist specializing in a wide range of counseling issues with over 20 years experience in private practice. I focus on providing urgent care for clients who want to improve the quality of their life and relationships by finding resolutions to long-standing issues and current life challenges to establish a sense of peace and happiness. Over the years I’ve helped thousands of clients in the Tampa area with their life and relationship issues.
The pressure of everyday life and relationships gets to all of us. It can be helpful to speak to someone, immediately if needed, to help find ways of coping with hurt feelings, depression, anxiety, stress, conflict management, and relationship trust.
By creating a safe space that is non-judgmental and understanding, I can provide an opportunity for growth, healing, and change. I understand that clients have busy schedules with work, kids, etc.; it can be hard to find time to take care of yourself. With this in mind, I offer flexible hours, including daytime, evening, and weekend appointments. Additionally, and most importantly for clients in crisis, I’m available to provide urgent and immediate counseling.
I service clients virtually via simple, easy-to-use, and convenient video apps. I created this website to help prospective clients and couples understand how I can help them as their Psychotherapist. To learn more about my practice and background, please click on the links provided. I hope that this website offers a helpful overview of my services. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me.
As a specialist in counseling, I no longer accept insurance directly. If your health insurance includes mental health benefits and you choose to submit a claim for reimbursement, I can provide you with a receipt with all the required information. As a specialist providing urgent care, the majority of my clients are private-pay as some clients prefer to have the highest level of confidentiality.
In my work with clients, I provide a setting in which clients can safely explore their relationship, better understand their difficulties, and bring about desired change.
Much of life is about managing your relationships: psychotherapy helps you to better understand your emotional and interpersonal life.
Service all clients remotely. Convenient telehealth (video). Video is shaping the future of therapy – more convenient and more accessible.
